Guarantee terms

1. If the sale price of your domain is not within 10 percent of the appraised value, dotappraisals will refund the cost of the appraisal and provide a $100 Amazon gift card.
2. The sale of the domain must occur within 45 days of the appraisal date.
3. dotappraisals must be contacted within 10 days of the actual sale of the domain.
4. You must provide sufficient proof of the sale — such as a copy of the sales agreement — in a form deemed acceptable by dotappraisals in its sole discretion.
5. The Amazon gift card will be delivered within 5 business days of a verified claim.
6. No consideration other than cash may be included in the sale.
7. The sale must be an arms-length transaction between unrelated parties and must involve the exact domain name or names appraised.

Claim review

dotappraisals is the sole arbiter of all guarantee claims. Our determination of whether a claim satisfies all required conditions is final and not subject to appeal. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet every condition listed above, including claims where required documentation is incomplete, untimely, or cannot be independently verified.

To initiate a guarantee claim, please contact us within 10 days of the domain sale and include your order details and proof of sale. Our team will review your submission and respond within 1–2 business days.
